afford to make your purchase completely risk-free. This
means that if you receive a guitar with any defects, or
are not satisfied for any reason, Guitar Imports will
pay all costs associated with the return or replacement.

- 90-day replacement policy
due to manufacturer defect or shipping damage.
- Guitar Imports will pay
the return shipping costs, and will immediately send out a
replacement if any part of your guitar is flawed due to
manufacturer defect or shipping damage.
- Guitar Imports will pay
the shipping costs for any replacement guitars sent out to
you.
- You must first contact
Guitar Imports before sending in your guitar for
replacement.
Zero-Risk Return
Policies
- 1-year money-back
guarantee.
- Guitar Imports pays the
return shipping costs if you return your guitar for a
refund.
- No restocking fees, 100%
refund is given.
- You must first contact
Guitar Imports for return instructions before returning
your guitar.
- A returned guitar must be
sent back in the same packaging, and in the same
condition, in which it was received.
- If you are given
permission to return a damaged guitar, restocking fees and
repair costs will apply. These would depend on the extent
of the damage.
